Service Adjustments
Our number one goal is that you leave loving your hair-period. There are some situations where your hair may need adjustments. If that is the case, please contact us within 3 days of your original service. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service. If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look, there can be an additional charge added.
Cancellations
With consideration of all our guests and our service providers, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. No call/ No show RESERVATIONS WILL BE CHARGED half PRICE FOR THE SERIVICE AND TIME RESERVED.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer full exchanges on all products within 14 days of purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new product, we will exchange it for something that better suits your needs, returns on hair care products will be given full credit towards the purchase of another product of the full value on your account for future product purchase.
Returns on Hairdryers, curling and flat irons must happen within 14 days. Returned items must be in the original box.
We cannot offer a return or exchange of custom ordered hair extensions.
Children and Pets
We love kids and we are always happy to hear about your children, but for everyone's safety please do not bring children under the age of 6 with you to your hair appointment. Regarding all the lovely furry friends (we love them more than most people) Arizona state law states we cannot have pets in the salon. (Unless they are a service animal)
